INSTRUCTOR

Pia Jmoiff

Pia has a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and was a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology from 2007 – 2025. 

She has over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry specializing in Active Rehabilitation, Personal Training, and Therapeutic Pilates.

In her years of studying anatomy and physiology and working therapeutically with people in pain, she was inspired to keep learning and helping people through a therapeutic approach to Pilates. She is continually updating her knowledge by taking academic and practical courses that benefit active rehabilitation processes to help people recover from pain and injury. 

The most recent courses were with Dr. McGill on Biomechanics of the spine and low back disorders, Immaculate Discection courses with Dr. Kathy Dooley, Rehab focused Pilates, and clinical Pilates with pelvic health perspective.
