In August 2015, I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Semperviva Yoga College in Vancouver, BC, and began teaching yoga and meditation.

My teaching style is focused more on the mental, emotional and spiritual side of yoga rather than just the physical side of it.  My yoga practice consists of few different styles of yoga including Hatha, Iyengar, Kundalini, and Restorative Yin yoga.

My class consists of guided meditation, various breathing exercises, and gentle yoga movements with longer holds as I compare each posture to the struggles and pleasures of daily life.  At times I will share some eastern philosophy, Indian mythology, poetry and stories from around the world.

My enjoyment in life consists of living in the moment, painting, practicing yoga and daily meditation. Simplicity is the key to my soul.  I have explored almost every type of yoga and continue to strive for personal growth and learning.
